As an Exim Executive with 2-3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to oversee end-to-end export and import operations. You will be tasked with preparing and processing all documentation related to international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient movement of goods. Your key responsibilities will include managing export/import documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin. You will need to ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and tariff schedules. Additionally, you will liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods. It will be crucial for you to accurately classify goods using Harmonized System (HS) codes and handle trade finance instruments like Letters of Credit (LC) and bank guarantees. Tracking and monitoring shipments, providing updates to stakeholders, and addressing customs delays or compliance issues will also be part of your role. Maintaining detailed records of all EXIM transactions, staying informed about global trade policies and shipping regulations, and possessing a Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field are essential qualifications for this position. Strong knowledge of export-import documentation and regulatory compliance, excellent coordination and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and EXIM-related software/tools will be required to excel in this role.,
