Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including induction, statutory compliance, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should come from a manufacturing background and possess strong knowledge of labour laws and factory-level HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & On-boarding

• Manage hiring coordination and documentation.

• Conduct induction & orientation for new employees.

• Handle joining formalities, ID creation, and maintaining employee records.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate handling of PF, ESI, LWF and other statutory compliances.

• Maintain compliance-related documentation and coordinate with consultants & government authorities.

• Stay updated with labour law amendments applicable to manufacturing units.

3. Payroll Management

• Collect and verify attendance, leaves, overtime, and other inputs.

• Prepare monthly payroll and ensure timely disbursement.

• Handle salary revisions, increments, and deductions.

4. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain HRMIS and employee files.

• Support audits and internal compliance checks.

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company rules.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male

• Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in HR or related field.

• Experience: 36 years in HR, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Factory Act, Labour Laws.

• Experience with payroll software & MS Excel.

• Good communication, interpersonal & team-handling skills.

• Candidates from Faridabad or nearby areas preferred.
