Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive/Sr. Executive in Human Resources & Administration at PolyPeptide Group in Ambernath, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by managing various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and coordination with the Marketing & Communications team. You will need to apply both strategic thinking and hands-on execution while ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for different positions. - Coordinate onboarding processes, induction sessions, and orientation programs to provide a smooth new hire experience. - Collaborate with staffing agencies, consultants, and hiring managers for effective manpower planning. - Maintain and update employee master data, personal files, and HRIS records regularly. - Track attendance, leave records, and timesheets using HRMS or manual systems and assist in generating reports and dashboards for HR metrics. - Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and labor law requirements. - Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, monitor employee objectives, and coordinate training programs for capability building. - Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal events, festival celebrations, and wellness drives to nurture a high-performance culture. - Collaborate with the marketing/branding team to drive employer branding on HR communications, newsletters, and announcements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 4-8 years in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced organization. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Behavioral Attributes: Empathetic and culturally sensitive mindset, problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.,
