Key Responsibilities:

  • Source profiles as per the Job Description (JD) through job portals, social media, internal postings, and other channels.
  • Validate manpower requisitions against approved headcount.
  • Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for all open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct salary negotiations with shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters.
  • Maintain recruitment and selection trackers.
  • Complete onboarding formalities for new hires.
  • Provide handholding support to new joiners during the initial period.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs.
