Job Description

Looking fo r Specialized Physiotherapist (MPT Must) in the Ortho/Cardio/Neuro Role & responsibilities To follow Consultants orders To check case sheet/outpatient card for Doctors orders To collect history of the patient To assess the condition of patient and need of physiotherapy To perform bedside physiotherapy (if required shift patient to physiotherapy room) as per SOPs To analyze and report the progress To provide OP treatment To educate the patients and family members (as appropriate) To provide follow up advice To ensure maintenance of equipment To report any complaints/nonfunctioning of equipment To ensure proper handing over and taking over To attend ongoing education programs, if any Participate in hospital quality improvement activities Equipment operation and equipment safety Preferred candidate profile Good communication skills, leadership qualities, sound subject knowledge and ability to plan and deliver physiotherapy treatment effectively. In-Depth subject knowledge. Attention to detail. Excellent communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with patients Strong team management skills with ability resolve conflicts and take decisions Display leadership skills Strong cross functional exposure. Ability to multitask. Attitude to learn new things and mentor or coach team members. MS Office
