Job Description

Accelerate sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for high-performance coatings, including floor coatings, structural paints, and protective coatings. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to effectively promote our products. Coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers. Track and follow up on outstanding customer payments, ensuring adherence to payment terms and resolving any issues. Develop a daily visit plan and provide regular updates to the reporting manager. Accurately document visits, sales activities, and customer feedback. Work closely with the HO/plant team to ensure timely delivery of materials to customers. Communicate specific customer requirements or challenges to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
