Key Area of responsibilities: 1 Strategic Key Account Planning i. Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for key accounts, aligned with the companys annual sales goals and business objectives. 2 Key Customer Management i. Support the management of a portfolio of large, global multinational companies with geographically dispersed manufacturing operations. ii. Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring seamless coordination across locations. 3 Sales Negotiation & Target Setting i. Assist in Negotiation of annual contracts, setting sales targets, develop sales strategies to achieve greater penetration. ii. Closely monitor performance against budget and support in taking corrective actions wherever required. iii. Performance Monitoring & Corrective Action iv. Track sales performance against budget and planned targets. v. Identify gaps, analyze root causes, and support in implementing timely corrective measures to ensure sales objectives are met. 4 Relationship Management i. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders across functions including procurement, R&D, operations, and senior leadership. ii. Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. 5 Customer Service Excellence i. Ensure delivery of world-class service standards by working closely with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams. ii. Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure timely order fulfillment, quality assurance, and post-sales support. 6 Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement i. Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas. ii. Drive initiatives that translate insights into actionable improvements in product offerings, service delivery, or processes. iii. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and be a proactive change agent within the organization. 7 Market Intelligence & Trends Monitoring i. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs. ii. Provide timely insights and strategic recommendations to management for adapting to market changes and capitalizing on new opportunities.
