Executive/Manager-Tenders

As an experienced candidate with 5 to 8 years of experience and a graduate degree, your role will involve: - Planning and managing end-to-end Tender / RFP / EOI / PQQ / RFQ processes for online & offline exam business. - Analyzing customer requirements to identify suitable solutions. - Attending pre-bid meetings and managing presales activities for tenders. - Gathering requirements from client teams and aligning our offerings with their needs. - Creating high-quality proposals following the RFP format and covering all client requirements. - Ensuring compliance with client requirements and providing quality responses. - Conducting presentations to client teams as per the agenda. - Estimating and managing bid costs accurately. - Collaborating with multiple teams to develop client-centric solutions within budget constraints. - Managing internal reviews and obtaining necessary approvals from Solution/Legal/Finance/Business teams. - Coordinating with different teams for bank guarantees, performance guarantees, and other legal documents required for tenders. - Handling pre-bid and post-bid clarifications with client procurement teams. - Managing all portal communications and submissions efficiently. - Creating and maintaining a proposal repository and bid tracker. - Independently searching for new geographic tenders and converting them into clients. - Updating and maintaining credentials, case studies, and reusable components. - Supporting marketing campaigns and collaterals. This job will require you to be detail-oriented, proactive, and a good communicator to effectively manage the tender processes and ensure successful outcomes.,
