Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions using NodeJS and ReactJS, with additional focus on Electron for desktop applications.

Develop and maintain both SQL and NoSQL database structures, including MySQL and MongoDB.

Troubleshooting And Debugging.
Debug and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring the continuous improvement of software products.

Troubleshoot distributed systems and enhance product stability using logging and tracing frameworks like FluentD and Zipkin.

Cloud-Native Development.
Leverage cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud for cloud-native application development.

Work with container-based deployments, such as Docker and Kubernetes, to ensure scalable and efficient application delivery.

Technical Leadership.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance code quality and development processes.

Drive innovation and adopt best practices in microservices-based architectures.

Mentor and guide junior developers on technical and best-practice methodologies.

Required Skills.
Technical Expertise :. Minimum 5 years of experience in microservice-based web application development.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with NodeJS and Kafka for real-time data processing.

Strong proficiency with ReactJS, Electron, and similar full-stack frameworks.

Extensive knowledge of database technologies, including both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Familiarity with cloud-native development, including experience with AWS or Google Cloud platforms.

Strong foundation in algorithms and design patterns, with a proven ability to solve complex problems creatively.

DevOps And Deployment.
Proficient in containerized application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.

Working knowledge of distributed logging and tracing frameworks, such as FluentD and Zipkin.

Soft Skills.
Proven ability to see projects through their entire lifecycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
