Executive/Assistant Manager

As an Executive/Assistant Manager NSO Operations at our company based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for supporting New Store Openings (NSO) by coordinating various activities to ensure operational readiness and post-launch stabilization. Your role will involve working closely with the business operations and development team to plan and execute new store openings, manage logistics for site setup, and assist in achieving operational stability post-launch. Your adaptability, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Support the planning and execution of new store openings by working closely with the business operations and development team. - Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements. - Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock, cafe supplies, Wi-Fi, and utilities. - Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch. - Track inventory requirements and cafe sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch. - Assist cafe managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines. - Liaise between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects, document and track progress for timely execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, BD, Legal, Design, Procurement) to align on timelines and deliverables effectively. Requirements: - 1.5 - 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B, Retail, or QSR industry. - Strong field experience with exposure to procurement, vendor management, or site setup. - Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts (comp offs provided). - Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred. - Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
