Executive/Assistant Manager

As an Engineer on the User Access Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting IAM features with SailPoint. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to facilitate the creation of standardized role profiles with automated provisioning and revocation of user access. - Applying analytical thinking to ensure 100% audit compliance through the solutions you develop. - Collaborating with key stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze defects, implement solutions, drive improvements, and offer guidance on building automated solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 9 years of IT experience with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation. - Proficiency in core Java development and the ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs. - Experience in SailPoint IIQ customization, particularly in creating and enhancing workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuring IIQ objects. - Good understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and Scrum methodology. - Familiarity with cloud technologies, Java Development, continuous integration, and relevant tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
