Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Canada & Australia for the position of Executive Vice President. The Executive Vice President will oversee strategic planning, manage team operations, ensure business growth, and contribute to company goals. Responsibilities include leading teams, implementing organizational policies, fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

• Experienced in building and managing teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Capability to drive organizational growth and manage client relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in leadership roles within the immigration consultancy or related service industries
