Role Brand Strategist Experience: 15-17 Years Exposure to both Mainline and Digital Strategy Key Responsibilities Strategize and ideate to come up with high impact creative and brand solutions that align with business problems and target audience. Research and analyze data from multiple sources to derive consumer insights and category trends that can be leveraged to develop impactful communication campaigns. Lead and monitor primary research conducted through partner research agencies to derive the best possible insights for brand building. Develop integrated strategy for 360-degree campaign planning (ATL, Digital & BTL). Map the consumer journey to recommend interventions at multiple consumer touchpoints. Partner with creative and account management peers to develop disruptive ideas at all points of customer contact. Develop and propose value added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for new business pitches. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in marketing space to enable strategic development. Key Skills Required Strong hold over Marketing and research fundamentals. Must have a good grasp on the current branded content/creator ecosystem across platforms. Good data visualization. Awareness of how business problems are converted into creative problems.
