1 Year VISL-Bhiwandi Full-Time INR 10000 - 20000 (Monthly) Invoice Preparation: Generate accurate invoices as per dispatch data, ensuring alignment with sales orders and packing lists. E-way Bill & IRN Generation: Verify item quantity, correct SKU, batch number, and ensure proper creation of e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill. System Accuracy: Cross-check system entries against physical dispatch to eliminate billing errors. Team Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to resolve billing mismatches or missing documentation. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records of all invoices, IRNs, and e-way bills, ensuring compliance with GST and audit requirements.
