of complaint registration.

2.Efficient Reverse Logistics:

Complete all reverse logistics activities within

7 working days

from initiation.

3.Complaint Closure Compliance:

Maintain

zero complaints open beyond 30 days

, ensuring strict adherence to TAT.

4.Detailed Complaint Analysis:

Conduct thorough

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

for every complaint and document corrective and preventive actions.

5.Effective Communication & Coordination:

Proactively coordinate with customers and internal teams through regular follow-ups and communication to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
