As a Manager-Store/Warehouse at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing warehouse operations within the manufacturing industry. With 13 to 17 years of related experience, you will be responsible for ensuring effective warehouse and distribution operations by collaborating with the HOD to develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the flow of production work, planning and managing the end-to-end warehouse process, liaising with production planners and teams for timely availability of raw materials, and monitoring the inward and outward processes. You will be tasked with ensuring proper storage and stacking of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and handling vendor rejection materials received from the production team. Your role will also involve providing guidance and support to the warehouse team, organizing effective training sessions, and ensuring 100% safety of materials.
