Job Description

You will be responsible for managing training coordination, statutory labour law compliance, and customer audit management in alignment with the company's HR policies. Your role will involve understanding labour laws, designing employee training programs, and ensuring compliance within a manufacturing environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Training & Development Coordination: - Identifying training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads. - Developing and implementing the Annual Training Calendar based on company and industry requirements. - Coordinating internal and external training programs for employees, covering technical, behavioral, and compliance training. - Establishing partnerships with external training providers and institutes for skill development initiatives. - Maintaining training records, assessing training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with statutory training regulations. - Organizing induction and onboarding training sessions for new employees. Customer & External Audits Management: - Compiling HR documentation and compliance reports for customer audits and internal/external regulatory inspections. - Ensuring HR processes meet customer expectations and industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. - Addressing HR and labour law-related queries during customer and third-party audits. - Collaborating with internal departments to uphold customer requirements regarding HR and employee welfare. - Implementing corrective measures based on audit findings to improve HR processes and compliance. Qualification / Skills: - Experience in training coordination and employee development programs. - Proficiency in handling customer audits. - Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience Required: 3-4 Years Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Human Resource Management (MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR) Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory), English Industry Preference: Automotive Component Manufacturing / Engineering / Manufacturing Sector By applying for this position, you agree to abide by our privacy policy.,
