Role Description

The Executive to Founder is a full-time on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves providing executive-level administrative support to the founder, managing scheduling and calendar coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration, and assisting with project management. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports, conducting research, and organizing meetings, events, and other company-related activities. The Executive will also be the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founder.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management and operational support skills along with adaptability to dynamic work environments.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to anticipate and meet the needs of the founder.
• Previous experience in a similar executive support role is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism in all interactions.
