Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Executive- Time Office & Payroll in Asahi India Glass Ltd, located in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the time office and payroll functions for accurate and timely payments.
Develop and implement effective payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll and time office operations.
Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions and employee data.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and time office management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the glass industry.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and time office management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in using payroll software and other relevant tools.
