Job Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements and design a souring strategy to close the positions as per tat.
Create and publish job postings on various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Source candidates using online platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
Conduct background checks and assist in offer and onboarding process
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Maintain candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates
Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives
