Job Summary:

Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments and ensure timely follow-up.
Provide product/service information and assist customers in using company offerings.
Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and [other regional languages if applicable].
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
Prior experience in customer support (voice/non-voice) preferred but not mandatory.
