About the Role :

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our clients Statutory Audit team focusing on Indian listed companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to statutory audits of listed entities, enhancing technical expertise and understanding of regulatory requirements specific to listed companies.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct statutory audits for Indian listed companies.
Review financial statements for compliance with Indian accounting standards and SEBI regulations.
Assist in planning and executing audits focused on listed entities.
Maintain proper audit documentation and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay updated on changes in audit standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-3 years of statutory audit experience.
Mandatory exposure to audits of Indian listed companies.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations.
Good communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in audit tools.
