Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end statutory audits for listed and unlisted clients under IND AS/IGAAP.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit work.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet tight audit timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA qualified with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit (Indian practice).
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), Companies Act, and other audit regulations.
• Prior experience in handling audits independently for large corporates.
• Experience working with Big4 or large audit firms is preferred.
