Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Management:

Oversee the preparation and production of chemical solutions according to defined formulations, procedures, and quality standards.

Manpower Handling & Production Planning

Plan daily/weekly production schedules, allocate workforce efficiently, and monitor team performance to meet production goals.

Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate batch records, process logs, equipment usage reports, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Regulatory Compliance & Audits

Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Assist during internal and external audits.

Equipment Calibration & Validation

Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of production equipment to ensure consistent performance and product quality.

Cross-functional Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.2–5 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production preferred.Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in documentation and computer-based production systems.
