Job Description

We at Artha Energy Resources are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in evaluating potential investments and conducting market and financial research to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Job Title : Executive / Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance (Accounts Receivables)
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare, review, and verify accounting documents, such as vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger, and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in generating reports and analysis for management decision-making.

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Oversee the collection process, ensuring timely invoicing and receipt of payments from clients.
  • Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, including the resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and issue reminders as needed.
