🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Attend inbound calls and provide resolutions effectively.

Email & Chat Support:

Handle and resolve customer queries via email and chat platforms.

Sales:

Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Education: Graduate (any stream – mandatory)

Experience:

Freshers 

2+ years in Customer Service

2+ years in Email & Chat Process

🛠️ Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)

Knowledge of Retail Assets & Customer Service Email process

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Strong time management & organizational skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Professional attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset

💰 Salary Criteria:

Fresher - 14000 to 16000 + incentives 

Experience

Voice Process (Customer Service): ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (CTC)

Non-Voice Process (Email & Chat): ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 (CTC)
