Job Description

1. Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2. Source candidates through Job Portals like Naukri, Internshala, and Social Media Platforms. 3. Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. 4. Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview. Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan. 5. Maintaining the MIS and prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, team performance, and hiring outcomes. 6. Must be involved in the joining process of the employee onboarding, documentation, and the post joining activities. 7. Communicate with internal stakeholders on regular basis and conduct employee engagement activities. 8. Must assist the management in other HR activities including preparing training modules, drafting new policies, and implementing them as per the business requirements. Requirements: Qualification: BBA/ MBA or any equivalent degree Independent and self-starter Positive and highly motivated and driven; Can do attitude Must be tech savvy- Preferable -Female
