Position: Delivery Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the success of full life cycle recruitment for requisitions generated by the Business Development or from existing client. They are also responsible for forging collaborative and credible relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. This role focuses on team leadership, process optimization, and achieving recruitment targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position is based in Hyderabad location and reports to the Associate Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of recruiters.
  • Setting performance goals and monitoring team performance.
  • Providing training and support to team members.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and translating them into recruitment strategies.
  • Providing regular updates on recruitment progress to clients.

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment and delivery.
  • Analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting on team performance and delivery metrics to senior management.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams.
  • Working with sourcing and research specialists to optimize delivery strategies.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Optimizing the recruitment process to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Streamlining internal processes to improve response time and service delivery.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Managing budgets and resources related to recruitment.
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that may impact service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Domestic Staffing Industry with at least 3+ years in a Delivery Lead or Manager role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Data driven approach to managing teams performance
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.

Knowledge of the IT industry and relevant market trends (for IT staffing roles).
