Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Distribution Planning - to ensure stocks availability at all CFA and SD as per norms and demand . Follow up with S&Op team and HUBs for inventory availability
Order to Cash - Ensure fulfilment of all orders received at CFA and SD as per agreed norms . Follow up for collection of outstanding from Stockist and SD
CFA Management Co ordination with CFA for day-to-day operations . CFA KPI Management , Reimbursement of CFA Claims
Hub Management Ensuring timely dispatch of goods from Hub as per plan . Infrastructure management at Hub locations etc
Cost Management and preparation of yearly budget
Co ordination with Regulatory, Quality, Legal and Finance for query resolution and compliance management
Handling Internal and External Audit
Hans on Experience in SAP ,MS OFFICE , MIS
Preparation of Presentation for various meeting and presenting the same
Analysis of Expiry , Saleable returns
Inventory management within all channels

Must have

4-6 year of exp in in Distribution and Planning in Pharma industry
Knowledge of SAP, mandatory knowledge of CFA and warehouse operations and SOPs.
Good in Analytical and Presentation skills
