Role: Executive / Senior Executive - Business Development

Were looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should be organized, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple leads in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

What youll Do?

Identify, research, and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and tailored communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends relevant to custom software services.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior sales or technical teams.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients when required.

What Are We Looking for?

Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT or custom software services sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, managing multiple prospects effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelors degree preferred; relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
