You will be working as an Executive Secretary in the Automotive Industry, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. Your role will include managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of the automotive industry dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex schedules efficiently - Coordinate meetings and appointments - Prepare reports and presentations - Handle confidential information with discretion - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role - Proficiency in MS Office and back-office software (e.g., ERP) - In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures, technical vocabulary of the automotive industry - Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Integrity and confidentiality - Degree in business administration or a related field Please note that the job is Full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the location is in Kochi, Kerala. The work is required to be done in person.
