Job Description

One of our client from Food and Beverage Industry is hiring Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Ruby, Kolkata (Travelling will be there)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar management and scheduling

2. Email correspondence and internal communications

3. Meeting coordination and preparation

4. Drafting reports, presentations, and business communications

5. Project tracking and ensuring timely completion

6. Travel arrangement management

7. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

8. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management tools

4. Excellent communication and time-management skills

5. Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain discretion

Ideal Candidate:
