Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary located in Chennai. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executive management. Day-to-day tasks will include handling clerical duties, managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves customer service and ensuring smooth operations of the executive office. Qualifications Strong Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance abilities Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Company Secretarial Work Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software and tools Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
