Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Sales Representative / Associate Manager located in Ahmedabad & Kolkata , with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing and expanding the customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Executive Sales Representative / Associate Manager will also participate in business development strategies and market research activities.


Qualifications

  • Actively participate in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, achieve targets, and contribute to marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing proposals with technical team, presentations, and technical documents for clients.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless project execution for client .
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with distributors, intermediaries, and license partners, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage risk assessments, contract negotiations, and project handovers.
  • Maintain sales data, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Engineering, or related field
