Executive Sales Manager

You will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial literacy program to K-12 schools. Your main tasks will include developing sales strategies, establishing relationships with school administrators, and expanding the program within educational institutions. The role of Sales Manager is crucial in ensuring that students and schools have access to essential financial education for developing lifelong skills. Your primary responsibilities will involve devising and executing sales strategies to increase program adoption in schools within your assigned territories. You are expected to meet with 6-8 schools daily, maintain a pipeline of potential school clients, and strive to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Building and nurturing strong connections with school administrators, district leaders, and educators is vital, along with conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to highlight the value of the financial literacy program. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate or post-graduate degree and possess sales experience, preferably in the education sector, EdTech, or working with schools. Freshers are also encouraged to apply, as 6 months of relevant experience in this position is considered equivalent to a 2-year MBA. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to forge and maintain solid relationships with educators and school decision-makers.
