Location: Pathanamthitta & Kochi (Assigned Merchandile Bank Branches)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (BFSI / Life Insurance preferred)
Qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Salary: ₹4 LPA + ₹3,000 Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Reporting to: Cluster Manager

Job Summary:

Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Executive Relationship Manager. The candidate will be deployed in partner branches of Merchandile Bank across Pathanamthitta and Kochi, responsible for generating leads, driving insurance sales, and building strong business relationships with branch staff.

Key Responsibilities:

· Be assigned to 2–3 Merchandile Bank/Financial Partner branches and report to the Cluster Manager.

· Promote Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products to the customers of assigned branches.

· Build and maintain healthy working relationships with Branch Managers and their teams.

· Drive lead generation and take ownership of converting leads into successful closures.

· Ensure daily visits to all assigned branches and maximize customer engagement.

· Support branch teams by identifying customer needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.

· Maintain updated reports/MIS on leads, conversions, and revenue performance.

· Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines at every stage of the sales cycle.

Candidate Requirements

· Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) – mandatory.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI sector (Life Insurance/Bancassurance preferred).

· Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and sales closing skills.

· Must be willing to travel daily to assigned branches.

· Age should be 32 years or below.

· Target-oriented with a drive to earn high incentives and recognition.

· · Fixed Salary: ₹4 LPA

· · Travel Allowance: ₹3,000/month
