Job Description

Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from crafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms to actively sourcing candidates. Key Responsibilities: Posting Job Ads: Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and professional sites. Sourcing Candidates: Actively searching for potential candidates through different channels to build a diverse talent pool. Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for initial interviews. Conducting Initial Interviews: Performing preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Managing Recruitment Databases: Keeping track of candidate information and recruitment progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Communicating with Candidates: Maintaining regular communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience. Assisting with Onboarding: Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation. Note This will be contract to hire position with and a work from office opportunity.
