We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - QHSE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency.
Provide training and guidance on quality procedures and policies to employees.
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality performance metrics and report findings to senior management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business administration.
Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
