Executive - QHSE

Job Scope:

The purpose of the Quality Assurance role is to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes, managing quality-related activities and documentation to support operational excellence in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle documentation related to QA activities such as global SOPs, specifications, and Process Data Sheets.

• Prepare, monitor, and implement SOPs and formats applicable for the TP site.

• Manage complaints, deviations, change control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

• Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change control, and deviations.

• Facilitate external, customer, and regulatory audits.

• Conduct training programs for site personnel on SOPs and applicable guidelines.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP).

• Ability to conduct training and audits.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• • Proficiency in handling documentation and ensuring compliance with client standards and Quality Agreements.
  • Ability to manage pest control, preventative maintenance, and cleaning effectively.
