Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Executive Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects that align with our mission to accelerate the growth of B2B and SaaS startups. The Executive Project Manager will manage project workflows, coordinate logistics, expedite important processes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder collaboration, inspections of deliverables, and addressing any logistical challenges efficiently. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate team efforts.
• Skills in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure timely task execution and process effectiveness.
• Strong experience in Inspection and evaluating project deliverables to meet quality standards.
• Ability to manage Logistics effectively, including resource planning and resolving challenges promptly.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with startups or in a fast-paced growth environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
