Executive-Production

Role & responsibilities

• To accomplish the target by day to day production planning, shift schedule & control.
• Batch order entry & entry of batches along with verification of picking list in D365.
• To sustain lean tools on the shop floor.
• General Hygiene & Good manufacturing practices.
• To ensure CCP, PRP and process control compliance across the production floor.
• To ensure a daily & weekly cleaning schedule.
• Ensuring  frequency and procedure of all online tests to be done at packaging and manufacturing.
• Tracking downtimes, machine performance & yield% on a daily basis and reporting to Production Manager.
• Ensure timely accomplishment of the Daily Production report & ISO/ HACCP Documentation.
• Coordination with production in charge  of spares and  other technical issues in the machine.
• Daily & monthly raw material & packing material closing (WIP).
• Issue material requisition note to store according to production requirement & handover finish good to store with PGR note.
• Understanding of  OEE and area wise  KPI.
