Job Summary

Key Responsibilities.

• Delivering of work as per manager instructions to carry out the assigned job as per cGMP and safety precautions.
• Comply with company OHSAS policy and ISO policy, implementation of SOPS, OHSAS SMPS aspects significant.
• Implementation of mission directed team project and WCM practices.
• Carrying of investigation and preparing of the investigation report for the failures like OOT, OOS and deviation.
• Leads the team and is responsible for closure for quality events on targeted time line.
• Coordinates with cross functional team activities, manages data collection, and ensures protocol adherence.
• Investigators ensure that the trial adheres to GCP guidelines and document collection, evaluate, manage, and resolve these events according to established procedures.
• They ensure investigation is compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring of CAPA implementation and co-ordinate with the respective departments for the implementation of CAPA & completion of CAPA closure.
• Ensuring timely closing of QMS documents with supporting documents.
