Job Title: Executive-Production & Operations Support Job Summary Operation Coordinators function plays a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the effecieny and hygine standarads across the shop floor. The main purpose of this role is to ensure efficient shop floor area, ensuring the availalbilty of housekeeping material, work wear uniform and monitoring cleaning activites to meet safety and cleanleness standards. This role includes attendance monitoring and cordinating with all service providers necessary resources and enuring proper hygeine maintenance in plant permises. Effective coordination among team members in operations. Besides being a responsible for handling the administrative side, requesting maintenance supplies & services in SAP, and preparing periodical reports based on collected data to be used as indicators of operational departments performance, cordinating with shift superviosr and ensuring shift schedules for all operations team. Cordinating with HR & admin team for the necessary transport, canteen facilities. Roles & Responsibilities Coordinating with Operations HOD's and ensuring timely deployment of workforce ensuring timely completion of production tragets Collect all data reagrding workforce and prepare reports and publishing. Maintain an accurate inventory of housekeeping and Admin materials by conducting regular stock-taking for all received and consumed materials existing inside department. The individual will also handle document maintenance and support customer and regulatory audits This role is essential for supporting production activites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure cleanliness and well maintainance surroundings across plant locations. Cordinating Trainings and facilitating necessary requirements Prepare MIS reports on monthly basis KPIs Ensure all the necessary facilities and hygeine at plant Availability of stocks and cleaning materials Data availability for all statutory audits Work experience requirement Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience in the same area. Pharma, FMCG experience - food industry firms preferred. Qualification Bachelors degree in (Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration) or equivalent.
