Executive – Product Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
• Support execution of

  strategic projects

  by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
