About the Role

The
Process Executive
ensures that our systems, data, and vendor partnerships work together to empower our sales teams to serve guests better. This role is about more than operations it s about building reliability, creating clarity, and enabling scale
. You ll monitor how information flows through our platforms, maintain the integrity of our data, and nurture relationships with external partners. By doing so, you ll help us create the foundation for a frictionless experience for both our teams and our guests.
About You

Safeguard Business Flow
: Monitor lead journeys across CRM, in-house tools, and campaigns to ensure no opportunity is lost and no data falls through the cracks. -
Maintain Trustworthy Data
: Keep property, agent, and channel data accurate and reliable so leadership and teams can make confident decisions. -
Strengthen Vendor Partnerships
: Act as the bridge between StayVista and our external technology partners, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring timely delivery. -
Enable Seamless Communication
: Ensure our communication systems (phone numbers, IVRs, campaigns) remain functional, responsive, and optimized. -
Champion Continuous Improvement
: Identify bottlenecks in processes, propose thoughtful solutions, and help implement scalable improvements. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Admin teams to co-create campaigns and streamline workflows that drive conversions and guest satisfaction. - A passion for problem-solving and making complex systems run smoothly.
- Comfort working with data and systems (CRM experience is a plus).
