Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Monthly WIP Flavour Stocks & Maintaining records of Flavour Room.
Maintain all MSDS of flavours/colours used in flavour room
Manage SOP of flavour and colour addition
Maintain sample room and shelf-life documentation
Maintain inventory list of items in flavour room
Sample packing and monitoring
Manage shift schedule of Flavour room operators
Assist in NPD related activities
Maintain GMP of flavour room
Maintain safety related checklist

Experience:

Education:

Experience in confectionary is preferrable
