You will be responsible for creating business plans for Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) by analyzing last year's season-wise sales data. It will be crucial to analyze the current performance and allocate stock effectively to achieve optimal sell-through percentage and store sale growth. Another key responsibility would be to establish store-wise core minimum quantity benchmarks and replenish stock accordingly, as well as placing orders based on Rate of Sale (ROS) and new store requirements for the upcoming three months. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all stores maintain adequate consumables by reordering as per a two-month requirement. Conducting seasonal analyses zone-wise on style and size will be necessary to comprehend grading, sell-through percentage, ROS, size set, size ratio in all categories, and coordinate to top ratio. It will also be essential to identify immediate changes required and suggest adjustments for future season buying to achieve optimal sell-through percentage. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills with the right attitude, excellent analytical abilities, proficient Excel skills, and be a team player with strong time management and interpersonal skills.,
