As a Fashion Apparels company, your role will involve contributing to the success of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) by performing the following key responsibilities: - Developing Business Plan: You will create a comprehensive business plan for EBOs by analyzing the previous year's sales data season-wise. - Stock Allocation: You will assess the current performance and allocate stock strategically to ensure optimal sell-through percentage and drive store sales growth. - Reordering Strategy: Setting up store-wise core minimum quantity benchmarks and replenishing stock accordingly. You will also be responsible for placing orders based on ROS (Reorder Stock Level) and new store requirements for the upcoming three months. - Consumable Management: Ensuring all stores maintain adequate consumables by reordering as per the two-month requirement. - Seasonal Analysis: Conducting seasonal analysis zone-wise for style and size to understand grading, sell-through percentage, ROS, size set, size ratio in all categories, and coordinating to achieve the top ratio. Identifying immediate changes required and suggesting adjustments for future season buying to enhance the sell-through percentage. In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Good communication skills with a positive attitude. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret data effectively. - Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Strong team player with exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.
