🌟 About the Role

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Fundraising

  • Identify and generate leads for CSR partnerships, grant opportunities, and donor outreach.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and donor presentations.
  • Maintain and update the CSR & donor lead tracker.
  • Support logistics for donor visits or virtual meetings.


Grant Writing & Documentation

  • Assist in writing and editing proposals, reports, and donor updates.
  • Coordinate with field teams to collect case studies, data, and photos for reporting.
  • Maintain a well-organized content and grant documentation library.


Communications & Storytelling

  • Draft social media posts, newsletters, and blog content.
  • Support in preparing decks, reports, and fundraising materials.
  • Work with designers/freelancers to create basic visual collaterals.


🎓 Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong writing and research skills in English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Passion for social impact, storytelling, and rural development.
