You’ll also play an active role in lead generation for new CSR and grant opportunities, helping expand our impact and visibility. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Partnerships & Fundraising Identify and generate leads for CSR partnerships, grant opportunities, and donor outreach. Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and donor presentations. Maintain and update the CSR & donor lead tracker. Support logistics for donor visits or virtual meetings. Grant Writing & Documentation Assist in writing and editing proposals, reports, and donor updates. Coordinate with field teams to collect case studies, data, and photos for reporting. Maintain a well-organized content and grant documentation library. Communications & Storytelling Draft social media posts, newsletters, and blog content. Support in preparing decks, reports, and fundraising materials. Work with designers/freelancers to create basic visual collaterals. 🎓 Desired Qualifications Bachelor's in Development Studies, Social Work, Communications, Business, or related fields. Location: Dombivli Office (with travel to field locations) Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years Reports to: CEO 🌟 About the Role The Sr. Executive – Partnerships & Programs will be a key member of the Shop for Change team, leading CSR fundraising , government and NGO partnerships , and on-ground program execution . Based in our Dombivli office, you will also coordinate with field teams and external stakeholders to scale impactful, fair-trade-driven livelihood models across India. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities 1. CSR Fundraising & Donor Engagement Identify and pursue CSR funding and philanthropic opportunities. Write compelling proposals, grant applications, MoUs, and concept notes. Liaise with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and impact investors for funding partnerships. Coordinate and host CSR donor visits to project sites and events. Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely reporting to donors. 2. Government, NGO & Ecosystem Partnerships Build relationships with district administrations and state-level departments (Agriculture, Tribal, MSME). Liaise with NGO partners to co-design and implement community-based programs. Represent Shop for Change at policy forums, SDG platforms, and partnership events. Support replication of successful models like the Jashpur collaboration. 3. Program Development & Field Coordination Support planning and implementation of livelihood, SHG, and FPO programs. Coordinate trainings, workshops, exposure visits, and market linkage activities. Supervise field teams to ensure timely, quality delivery of program outcomes. Co-develop program strategies for scale and impact. 4. Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting Maintain MIS systems, dashboards, and field tracking tools. Collect and document field data, impact stories, and visual content. Support audits, donor reviews, CPF due diligence, and internal reporting cycles. 5. Market Linkage & Branding Support Assist communities in accessing offline (exhibitions, corporate stalls) and online markets (Amazon, Flipkart, FPO websites). Promote branding, storytelling, and packaging support for community-led products. Coordinate with internal teams for digital promotions and product-market feedback loops. 🎓 Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or program implementation. Strong proposal writing and external communication skills. Prior experience with SHGs, FPOs, tribal communities, or livelihoods is preferred. Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred. Willingness to travel to project locations across India. Digital comfort with Excel, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp-based reporting tools.
